Specifically, an up-to-date resume, a short cover letter, and in certain cases, your transaction summary and academic transcripts. The Process:
After having an opportunity to review your information, we will be in contact with you to inform you if we have an appropriate opportunity or can assist you in your search. If we feel that we are able to assist you, we will arrange a meeting where we will discuss your experience and goals in detail, potential opportunities, and develop a strategic plan. In certain cases, we may not have a current opportunity that fits your background, but feel that your experience would be of interest to one of our clients. In such situations, with your authorization, we will take a proactive approach and contact our clients to explore their interest in your candidacy.
We remain with you throughout your job search – providing advice; acting as your intermediary with potential employers; conveying client feedback; and assisting with negotiations at offer stage.
