Carrie obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, articled at Fraser & Beatty (now Dentons) and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Carrie established The Heller Group in 2005 after spending six years consulting with another legal recruitment firm.
Sherri has broad experience as a litigator. Her practice focused primarily on corporate/commercial disputes and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Her practice also included securities and competition litigation as well as employment law, family law and constitutional law matters. Sherri has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in Ontario and administrative tribunals.
Sherri completed her law degree at McGill University. She articled at Torys LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996.
Jennifer obtained broad experience as a corporate and securities lawyer at a Bay Street firm where she articled and practiced for three years. Her practice focused on securities and M&A transactions including IPOs, hostile take-over bids, equity financings and reorganizations. Jennifer also advised clients on general corporate law and stock exchange requirements.
Jennifer obtained her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
Pam is actively involved in recruiting and placing lawyers, of all levels, into law firms and corporations.
Pam has broad experience in the financial services industry, including securitizations, secured and unsecured lending and insolvency related restructuring as well as experience in the bankruptcy and insolvency industry. Prior to joining The Heller Group, she worked with a large financial institution to develop its compliance and risk management functions and then spent many years working in the bankruptcy and insolvency industry helping people restructure their debt and rebuild credit.
Pam completed her law degree and business degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. She articled with Goodman and Carr and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998.
